ABOUT MY PROJECT
“Wise Words from Grandma Eva” is an illustrated children’s book created and inspired by my great-grandmother’s rhymes she would often communicate with towards the end of her life. My mother originally created this book using 90s clip art, so I sought to remake this book with artwork that aims to appreciate and bring to life to Eva's rhymes for my family. I aimed to create low-formal, textured illustrations with a neutral color palette.
